O prazo para entrega começa a ser contado a partir da aprovação do seu pedido e é contado em dias úteis das 08h às 18h. Excepcionalmente, as entregas podem ocorrer aos sábados, domingos e feriados.
Você receberá um e-mail quando seu pedido for aprovado e também das demais fases dele: preparação, emissão da nota fiscal, envio para transportadora e entrega.

You can track your order using the tracking code that we automatically send to your email or WhatsApp as soon as the purchase is dispatched, within an average period of 7 to 10 business days. You can track everything from leaving the country of origin to arriving at the location registered at the time of purchase.
If you purchase 2 or more different products, they may be sent separately. Therefore, different tracking codes will be issued for each product.
As the shipping method is international, it may take 3 to 10 days for tracking to show the current status.
